Our Studio
     

​​  Our family would like to help you with your special day, using wool and fabric. We will also be using lavender from our garden and dried lavender given as a gift from a ladies garden to help us with our work for Lord Jesus. Our fabric gifts are made using what God made for us to use and man-made fabrics and our woollen gifts are also made using what God made for us to use and man-made wool. If possible, we try and wash what we have made by hand, in a bowl, especially our woollen gifts, then we can tip the water over our garden to water the plants, not your vegetable garden though, to help save water usage and where we can, we try and use environmentally safe cleaning products, to help Lord Jesus. Our lavender from our garden sadly has not done well, we had bought rather a lot, it was an exceptionally hot year.

Our Studio is partly based in our kitchen, currently working on clearing out our large pantry,

so I can store my fabric and wool, that have been kindly given to me over the years. 

We will not be selling our wedding gifts, you are welcome to

copy them though to help with your special day.

I have a new sewing machine, it is so much easier to use than my older one,

so happy to have this, to help with my work for Lord Jesus.​

​​​​Thank you to a kind mum for fabric and sewing patterns, one pattern

has four different styles of very beautiful wedding dresses on it, could be useful

to make up dresses for props to share with you, for ideas for your wedding dress. Thank you to a ladies daughter and granddaughter, for the huge tin of her mum's buttons, they are wonderful and for your mums very old sewing machine, thank you to a lady, for the very posh knitting book, it will help me to make different styles of patterns, other than garter stitch, with all those different swatch patterns to practice with, wonderful and thank you to a daughter's mum for the huge bundle of fabric and for your daughters help with my children while at sewing classes and for another mum with help with my children while

at sewing classes and for your lovely gift for me, of your hand knitted headband, pastel colours are my favourite and thank you to the wool shop in our town, for the huge bundle of knitting needles gifted to me. ​

Thank you also to very sweet neighbours who helped me with our garden and

baked lovely cakes for my children to enjoy.

We will be able to do all of this in heaven, as we can read in our bible
